Our prices Besides the programmes you will find on our website, we organise tailor-made outings, treks and walks for you anywhere in the Swiss Alps. In such cases here are the fees of your mountain leader:

Upon receiving the programme you declare having read and accepted these terms. You also confirm having all the requested insurances. Please read this document carefully, as well as all information published on our website and brochures or other documents as they are part of your contract with SAE.
All our prices include all taxes (VAT) and are to be paid entirely. If SAE must change its prices, the new price will be given to you at least three weeks before a trek and two weeks before a day, two day walk, a school outing or company outing. Prices can change if - Transport companies change their prices - New taxes are created or regular taxes are increased - Hotel prices increase - Exchange rates change
- 30 days at least before a trek - 21 days at least before a day walk, a two days walk, a school outing or a company outing. All necessary documents and programmes will be sent to you after your last instalment. SAE has the right to suspend your booking if the company does not receive your instalments.
If you cancel or change your booking SAE will charge from CHF 100 to CHF 200 per person and all administrative costs.
- 61 days prior to departure: 100% - 30 to 60 days prior to departure: 70% - 14 to 29 days prior to departure: 30 % - 14 to 0 days prior to departure: 0% Should you shorten your stay, SAE will not reimburse your payment. Bad fitness conditions preventing you to enjoy your stay will not give you the right to be reimbursed.
The client must have the following insurance cover: - Withdrawal or cancellation charge insurance - Accident and illness cover; - Insurance that covers the costs incurred for search, rescue and repatriation or in case of sickness or accident. This will be needed in situations in which these things are not covered in your accident and illness insurance policy. - Third party insurance that includes accidents in the mountains. Should you not have the required insurance for search, rescue and repatriation, SAE can organise one for you. SAE is not liable for services badly executed by any of his partners.
If SAE has to cancel an walk, outing or trek because of a natural disaster, or any other external cause, it will do everything to find a similar one. In such a case no reimbursement will be made.
Swiss law is applicable only. Furthermore, all cases will be judged under the laws of the Canton of Valais in Switzerland (exclusive jurisdiction).
